Naomi Kramer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2020. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Naomi brings over 15 years of hands-on nursing experience in critical care settings including the Cardiac Cath Lab, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Medicine.  She also served as a Nurse Manager, showcasing her leadership and clinical expertise.

Since transitioning to a Nurse Practitioner role in 2020, Naomi has been dedicated to providing exceptional care in both Primary Care and Urgent Care settings. As the President and Owner of Sparta Wellness Clinic, Naomi specializes in a comprehensive range of services, including Primary Care, Holistic Care, Functional Medicine, Chronic Pain Management, Peptide Therapy, Hormone Therapy, Neurotoxin Treatments, and Medically Managed Weight Loss. At Sparta, Naomi integrates her expertise in traditional and innovative therapies to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
